What you are actually getting

Heavy matte paper. Ships flat in a rigid mailer, never rolled, because a poster with a curl in it is a poster you never hang.

Printed in small runs, which is a polite way of saying nobody here has a warehouse. If something is wrong with it when it turns up, say so within 7 days and it gets put right.
