What you are actually getting

Cotton twill, adjustable at the back. Spot clean. A hat in a washing machine comes out a different shape and a different hat.

Printed in small runs, which is a polite way of saying nobody here has a warehouse. If something is wrong with it when it turns up, say so within 7 days and it gets put right.
